Coconut Oil Great For Cooking

Coconut Oil Is edible and is extracted form the meat or kernel of a matured coconut thats harvested from the coconut palm, This has been a main source of fat in diets of millions of people for generation throughout the tropicle world. Coconut oil handle heat very well and maintains stable and is suitable for cooking at high temperatures and is great for frying foods and use in a large variety of application in food dishes. Coconut oil is slow to oxidizing therefore resistant to rancidity and will last up to two year due to it's high saturated fat content.
