When fatigue starts to set in don't take a nap! Instead enjoy listening to your favorite music for about 10 minutes or more at high volumes, this has been known to melt away stress better than anything else, it's an extreamly effective way of fighting stress and fatigue, No need for ipods or CD players, singing is also very effective at destroying that fatigue feeling, increasing mental alertness by drawing in more oxygen to the body.
